Dolcino Trattoria Toscana is a restaurant owned by Ray Besi. The name of the restaurant is inspired by a trattoria from his coastal birthplace in Montenegro. Besi trained at the world famous Sparks Steak House for 10 years before opening Dolcino in 2002. At Dolcino, our chefs prepare mouthwatering Italian dishes with fresh ingredients purchased daily by Besi. If you're looking for great wine, we have more than 70 different selections from locations such as Italy, France, and California.
